Nature of Goods (Service Carrier): You acknowledge that the core value of our artifacts (regardless of the material, including but not limited to mineral, wood, clay, metal, or others) lies in the Taoist consecration services and cultural significance, rather than the raw material cost or mineralogical rarity. The physical item serves as a carrier for these spiritual services and is not sold as an investment-grade collectible.
Material & Craftsmanship Variance: Our products use a diverse range of materials and crafting methods. You accept that:
- Natural Materials (e.g., minerals, wood) may have unique colors, textures, and natural marks;
- Crafted Artifacts (e.g., clay, casting, resin, handwritten talismans) may have manual traces, slight asymmetry, or glaze variations.
These are normal characteristics and not defects. Images shown are for reference only.
Random Assignment: For items marked as “Randomly Selected” or “Sent by Destiny”, you agree to the random selection of material types or designs and understand that the received item may differ physically from the display image.

Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided (e.g., birth time accuracy, floor plan orientation). We are not responsible for errors in analysis resulting from incorrect data provided by you.

Limitation of Liability

ACL Rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taoist Blessings is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit or opportunity). Our liability for any breach of a consumer guarantee is limited to the resupply of the goods or refund of the purchase price. However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for personal injury or property damage caused by our negligence or a safety defect in the product.
