Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy purports to modify or exclude your statutory rights.

Returns for Physical Artifacts

Change of Mind (Personal Reasons) We offer a 30-day return policy for “Change of Mind” as a gesture of goodwill:
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Cost: You cover the return shipping.
- Process: You must email us first to obtain a Return Authorization and the specific return address and format. Returns are only accepted at the provided address with the correct format. Packages sent to any other location or without the strict format will be rejected.
Natural Characteristics Disclaimer Our products are made from natural materials or handcrafted. The following are not defects:
- Any natural variations or characteristics, including but not limited to differences in color, texture, ice cracks, cotton wool effects, or stone veins.
- Handmade marks, or slight or reasonable size discrepancies.
Material Variance (“Blind Box” Nature) For products marked as “Random Match”, “Sent by Destiny” or “Blind Box” style, you acknowledge that the specific material is selected randomly. This is a term of sale, not a description error.
个人原因（改变主意） 作为额外的善意服务，我们提供30天内因“改变主意”而退货的政策：
- 条件： 商品必须未使用、包装原样完好且不影响二次销售。
- 费用： 您需自行承担退回的运费。
- 流程： 您必须先发邮件联系我们以获取退货授权及指定的退货地址和格式。退货仅限寄往该地址且必须符合正确格式。寄往其他地址或未按严格格式书写的包裹将被拒收。
天然材质免责 我们的产品多采用天然材质或手工制成。以下情况不视为质量缺陷：
- 任何天然特征或差异，包括但不限于颜色/纹理的变化、冰裂、棉絮或石纹。
- 手工痕迹，或轻微/合理的尺寸误差。
材质随机性（盲盒性质） 对于标注为“随机匹配”、“随缘发货”或“盲盒”款式的产品，您知悉具体材质系随机选择。这是销售条款的一部分，而非描述错误。
Refunds for Services
服务退款
No “Change of Mind” Refunds: Due to the intangible nature of time and energy expended, we do not offer refunds for completed consultations (including Destiny, Feng Shui Consultations) or rituals if you simply change your mind, are unsatisfied with the interpretation, or are dissatisfied with the perceived outcome or efficacy of the ritual.
Cancellation: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a scheduled service for a full refund.
无“改变主意”退款： 鉴于所投入时间与精力的无形性，一旦咨询（含命理、风水）或法事已完成，若您仅因改变主意、对解读结果不满意，或认为法事未达预期效果，我们不予退款。
取消： 如需全额退款，请至少提前24小时联系我们取消已预约的服务。
Major Failures
重大故障
If there is a major failure (as defined by ACL), such as receiving the wrong item or a service not provided with due care and skill, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
如果出现重大故障（依据ACL定义），例如收到错误商品或服务未以应有的谨慎提供，您有权要求换货或退款。
